You also called it a Titan in the original Post. Give that minor misnomer, were sure to believe its absolutely a BPO. And yes, Battleclinic, Eve-Kill, and all the other Killboards show BPCs and BPOs as Blueprints, and will use the values of a BPO in all cases.

The bolded parts are the only ones that have to do with the title and they both go against the title. There was no "lying" done, no mention of titans in the OP at all except to say "Well not quite." and in regards to the BPC/BPO nonsense, it was stated that it was a BPC in the OP.
